Case Study: Injection Moulding in Staffordshire
When a chiller failed on a large injection moulding process in the midlands the company contacted Acclimatise for help. This particular process was supplying a large Staffordshire based company with a component as part of their assembly line. If the injection moulding process could not be started again quickly then this would have an adverse effect on the production of their customer.
Acclimatise provided them with a 100 kw chiller with internal holding tank and circulation pump along with associated flexible pipe work. The temporary chiller package was installed within hours and production back up to 100%.
